Need to move your account to a different email? We make it simple to transfer complete ownership of your account — including all instances, billing, and history.

How It Works

Submit a Transfer Request

Email us from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Transfer Request". Include the destination email address you want to transfer your account to.

Verification

We will verify your identity and send a confirmation email to both the current and new email addresses. Both parties must confirm the transfer.

Transfer Complete

Once both parties confirm, we will migrate all instances, billing history, invoices, and support tickets to the new account. The old account will be deactivated.

What Gets Transferred

A complete account transfer includes everything associated with your account:

  • All VPS instances and their configurations
  • Billing history and invoices
  • Active subscriptions and renewal schedules
  • Support tickets and conversation history
  • Discount codes tied to the account

Important Notes

Processing Time

Transfers are typically completed within 24-48 hours after both parties confirm.

Email Requirement

The request must come from your registered email address. We cannot process requests from unverified emails.

Irreversible

Once a transfer is completed, it cannot be undone. The original account will lose all access to the transferred services.

No Downtime

Your VPS instances will continue running without interruption during and after the transfer.
